Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the websites and mobile and web applications provided by Kamay Works (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these terms.

Using the Services

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these terms and applicable law. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or access them by any means other than the interfaces we provide.

Accounts

If an app requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create in our apps. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the Services to you.

Purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions made through the App Store are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

App Store apps

For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and Kamay Works, not Apple. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Intellectual property

The Services, including their design, software and branding, belong to Kamay Works and are protected by law. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks.

Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Kamay Works is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change or discontinue the Services. We will post updates on this page. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
